"Great scheduling system"

What do you like best?

I truly like the ease of use of the product arrangement, particularly the simplified interface. There are many blessing testament structures too, and you can likewise transfer a custom blessing declaration plan. I can see appointments, deals, representative calendars, and so on, and so forth continuously. "When it’s good it’s great, when it’s bad it’s awful"

What do you like best?

Clean layout, ease of use, quick to understand and you can see everything you need at once.

What do you dislike?

Booker does not process our memberships on time like we ask and it frequently deletes inventory from our system.

Have patience they’re working out the kinks

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to fill appointments much faster and it allows employees to see their notes quicker.

"Amazing software"

What do you like best?

Booker was the most easy software I’ve used in a salon I would recommend it to anyone!

Not a single thing booker was great to use!

Booker makes scheduling clients a whole lot easier and also they have an option where clients can book themselves!

"So easy to use!"

What do you like best?

Everything I need is on this software! Booking, time clocks, billing, inventory, etc.

What do you dislike?

Nothing! I can’t think of a single feature of Booker that I do not like.

Double booking, underbooking, billing issues, inventory management. The benefits are incomprehensible!

What do you like best?

Booker is extremely easy all around. Schedules staff and availability are easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

Booker sometimes doesnt show it is over booking appointment until you try to click confirm.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have a high volume spa with additional components like cabanas this is an excellent product.

Booker has made scheduling and sending confirmation emails an extremely easy and fast process which keeps up guest satisfaction.

"SO. Many. Glitches."

What do you like best?

Its the only spa software large enough to host tens of thousands of accounts and you can easily toggle between locations.

What do you dislike?

The reports are often inaccurate and don't populate the correct information- lots of accounts slip through cracks. For example our spa was membership based and each month we'd pull reports of all the accounts who's membership dues were not paid or declined. And then a few months later we'd run into an account that was several months or years past due but never showed up on any report for memberships not paid

It was the only one that had the ability to host tens of thousands of accounts therefore the only software that could allow us to be in business

"Good basic online scheduler for small business needs"

What do you like best?

The ability to see all employees schedules at once in order to schedule for myself and others. Automatic confirmations at the time of booking and reminder texts and emails 24-48 hours before appointment. Saves time because clients may schedule online 24/7. Although price has increased, our rate has remained the same since we have been long time subscribers.

What do you dislike?

The interface is sometimes difficult to navigate, especially on an I-pad or phone. Lots of glitches a few years ago that seem to have been corrected. Sometimes I need to reload to schedule a client due to an error message that says I'm not available.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

it is a reasonably priced online scheduler that allows for clients to schedule 24/7, multiple practitioners' schedules may be viewed on one screen, automatic confirmations and reminders.

We save time since clients may schedule online at their convenience, confirmations and reminders are automatic. We have a record of when clients schedule to easily track packages.

"Can be clunky, but gets the job done. "

What do you like best?

I like Booker because it is a straightforward, no frills software. Easy to figure out a workaround when something isn't getting added right into a schedule, easy to train new employees.

What do you dislike?

Can be a little glitchy and require page refreshes. In general the "feel" is a bit old school.

"Things Could Be So Much easier!!!"

What do you like best?

I believe that Booker does have useful features like client profiles, group apps, price changing, invoice cataloging and also gives us enough storage information for gift card purchases/recipients.

What do you dislike?

CONSTANTLY GOING DOWN!!! No matter what is wrong or right with our internet, Booker fails us multiple times a week. They also schedule their maintenance during business hours. I feel the software itself is also glitchy.

Definitely shop around. Booker gets the job done but is not the most reliable.

We use it for our time clock on hourly employees, client information storage and also for inventory.

What do you like best?

Multi use software perfect for health service industry. Business intelligence is very useful.

What do you dislike?

Would be nice to have more flexibility with the scheduling section - if the software could manage the efficiency of the bookings
