The program allows us to locate the books that are in the office in a physical way or those that are in other houses with their respective geographic location. We can also add notes or observations of sale and position in front of the competition, allowing us to improve in terms of content.

Although it is a very useful program, when an entry is made it is done in the correct way, but in the index it appears without the respective accents and that is unpleasant for those who love reading or dedicate themselves to editorial works.

The program is easy to use and will help maintain an order of the collections, files and libraries that have to be able to locate in the shortest possible time what you need.

We can locate both the books that are in our plant libraries and those of other company houses. On the other hand, by keeping the observations and notes updated we can measure the impact they have had on the public.

After a while we decided to create a small library to be used by the employees of the company and with this program we managed to build a database of materials or books that we were buying or collecting. The sofsware is adaptive to the needs of each person, so the process of understanding or using it will depend on what is required and that is an advantage since for those who are not experts it is enough to keep the basic fields, author, title, category or need to add other elements and make it more complex.

The design does not seem the best, although you can add colors, graphics or web captures, the interface seems very flat, aged. But in any case, utility is the priority.

If you want to create a database in which you can incorporate collections, brochures, data, graphics, summaries or other elements of interest to the company and also be able to share with other users, this program is a very good option.

To be able to create a database adapted to the needs of the company that besides organizing allows to share information such as graphics or spreadsheets with several users is of great benefit for the company.

I disliked the colors and style of the design.
