I've been using BB for a few years now and I love it.

It is so easy to use - pretty much plug-and-play - that it's hard to do it wrong. I don't usually record using BB live; rather, I record a video externally and then upload it.

My favourite thing is the dynamic integration in email; the thumbnail view is fantastic, and I always get a lot of hits on my videos.

The 1-2 times I've had support issues, their team is THE BEST. They investigated my issue right away, and most recently, by reaching out to support, I learned they had a video trimming feature that cut a step out of my original workflow and simplified my life further.

Also love that they use their own tool internally, sending me quick videos to share feedback and touch base.

One feature I would love to see is a little more granularity around views of my videos - especially when I send to multiple folks. I'd like to see who exactly has watched it and for how long.

Otherwise, nothing I dislike at all!

I use BB to help me get the attention of my clients and make them feel welcome before (and during) our engagement together. It's a great way for folks to get a sense of your personality before you even meet them.

Very easy to use and also tracks open rate views. My clients enjoy the video and I have better open rate. I've had no issues with BombBomb system and when I had a few questions support staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

There is nothing that I do not like about Bomb Bomb. It's the easiest video app to use in BoomTown

Great tools, good user interaction, great gmail interface, I have had so many compliments on the videos I have sent out and so many people asking what I use.

Would like a more robust app. Maybe more options to do when I am using cell.

Bombbomb has been a great way to follow up, to stay in touch and relevant with an exceptionally large market base. I like being able to schedule and then get feedback on interaction with my videos.

Our marketing agency uses BombBomb internally like you would Loom. The difference is external communication. We use it for blast emails, such as new portfolio work, and you can use it inside Salesforce or Outlook. The other video email systems are very nice, they just don't do the heavy lifting like you would in sales and marketing.

There is time needed to get it embedded and get people accustomed to using it. This is not just a screen recorder. To get the value, you have to spend the time with setup and encouraging people to use it.

We're in a visual business. The creative work or the reports are what the clients needs to see. This reduces a lot of meetings and back and forth, plus you can use it in everyday marketing and social posts. We can invest in creating one really nice reel, post it in the library, and all the account people can use that same video, add a personal note in an email, and blast it out.

BombBomb is a great way to add touchpoints to your database. It provides easy automated social media posts, and terrific video email capabilities. Love this product!

Well, the pros far outway the cons, but if I have to list negatives, I would say that it is possible to have this terrific product and not fully utilize it. It works if you work it!

BombBomb is a great way to break out of your shell and your self-imposed (unfounded) fear of your appearance, voice, hairstyle, etc. It's a simple way to use video for marketing and emails.

The ability to shift between a single shot of my face to the screen record function is great! The ability to integrate with Outlook and Gmail is fantastic, and so is the iOS app. I just shared a recommendation with a Real Estate agent today and explained how this program made me stand out as a loan officer. I use BombBomb to explain topics that are too wordy/lengthy for email. However, some folks need to listen and watch something at the same time, which is why I use the "Record Screen" function. Also, a phone call cannot be played over again like a video can. It's a real game-changer. It makes me stand out in my industry.

The editing tool needs to be more powerful. I believe that I can trim the beginning or end of a video, but sometimes, I really need to cut something out of the middle of a video. I would love to see that functionality along with something that transitions a cut to make things look professional, like a fade cut or maybe a quick cut to white that comes back in. We don't need a TicTok level editor...just something basic that can be done to avoid having to reshoot just because I had a coughing fit mid-video.

As previously mentioned, I use BombBomb nearly every day. I have two strong reasons why I use BombBomb. For starters, I use it to explain complex topics by narrating content with the "Record Screen" function. The fact that clients can play the video several times is a plus. It saves me from taking the time to write a wordy email that will not be fully read nor understood. Also, a phone call is not easily recorded and played again, so this fixes that issue as well. Lastly, I will record a "basic" video that can be emailed to several different clients that answers the same basic questions that I receive time and time again. Time is money in my industry, and this tool helps me save time.
