I got a consistent flow of leads each week. Also the online training is really good. It's easy to use and if you have a great CRM the data is easily transferred over. I used their training tools and as a brand new realtor and closed 3 homes in my first year and have a few others I should close in the next few months. Regardless of where you are at in your years as a realtor, this is a solid lead generation tool. Definitely call all your leads!

As a realtor, it’s important to have a CRM that allows you to manage your clients and follow up with them accordingly. The BoldLeads CRM gives me full capability to do both.

I have been extremely satisfied with the amount of leads I have received. Some leads are for a quick closing and others are for the future. I have had many transactions through this program. One lead I received translated into five closed transactions.

I grew my database with sellers with whom I'm still working with, listing and buying. It's the best way to build your clientele and to grow your Real Estate business.

I get the leads directly it was not shipped to other agents the CRM helped so no gap in follow up and they had real people text my leads for me. It actually had a few other functions that I didn’t play with but I was able to close 7 deals since January

You do get the occasional emails and text that go out to leads from the crm that seem to be annoying but I quickly learned how to modify them and engagement from leads helped. Some of the CRM material could be better

Like my rep told me it’s not Disneyland so expect to work your leads like earning someone’s business for the first time

Bold Leads really does do everything for you! I was really impressed with the quantity of leads that came through with Bold Leads. Although the rules of 10 does apply (for every 10 or so leads, only one is actually qualified and interested), expecting that from the beginning was wonderful! The text concierge was great at following up, qualifying my leads and giving me the information that I needed to move forward and be successful. It is certainly valuable to an agent lacking in seller leads. The first month produced few leads, but it MORE than made up for that in the second month! The amount of leads I received each day was INCREDIBLE!

Communication within the company can sometimes be lacking on the customer service side. Disregarding your individual sales agent and calling the main number solved all problems though. For a new agent, the amount of leads coming through can be overwhelming, but that is certainly a plus! I feel as though there should be an "intro" offer that is a little more affordable that will capture the attention of newer agents who need the help, but can't afford the program.

Do not expect leads to be instant. It takes about a month for them to really start rolling through and once they do, THEY DO! Be certain that you have the ability to take on the work load for the leads you will be sent. Reviews do not really reiterate how many leads you will receive! Be sure to participate in watching all of the videos and tutorials. Not doing so can make the implementation of the system feel overwhelming and it is really easy if you just watch the tutorials! Bold Leads uses wonderful algorithms on Facebook to generate the leads! I would say Bold Leads generated about the same amount of leads as I have seen Realtor.com generate for others, BUT Bold Leads has already prequalified them! Realtor.com doesn't! You can't go wrong trying bold leads!

The guesswork with finding sellers was all but eliminated using Bold Leads. Only issues I had was the leg work moving forward with moving the leads through the CRM system, but needing to do that actually helps with time management skills as a busy agent! Bold Leads takes the guess work out of wondering where the next lead is coming from.

This company has done a great job getting me leads that have become clients. My return on investment is about $5 to every $1 spent with Boldleads. I highly recommend this company.

Please add the dates and when they intend to sell on the concierge text pages. It helps to create a snapshot quickly, rather than going through each one.

It puts the clients on "autopilot" after giving them a market analysis. The drop campaigns are very helpful with staying in front of the potential client.

Jenna gave a very concise and detailed explanation. She simplified my problem and gave easy to understand instructions on how to solve it.
