Very user friendly software. The BoardPAC team is also ready helpful and includes professional people.

No reason to dislike the software. Easy to use and we are happy with the same.

All Board material including agenda, minutes are at one place which helps not only to the Secretarial Team but also helpful to the Whole-time Directors and Independent Directors.

Best solution for E-Meetings and record keeping. The application is very user friendly and is convenient for the Directors to navigate through meetings. The support from the company is excellent. The application is being recommended for use by other corporates also.

As an IT System admin, BoardPAC is fairly straightforward to manage. Tasks like user creation, role assignment, and access management are well structured, making it easier for IT teams to onboard new users and maintain proper access control for both board members and administrators.

Because we run the system in an on-premise environment, it’s reassuring that the platform is designed with strong security considerations in mind. This is especially important when handling sensitive board-level documents and information. The available administrative tools also make it possible to manage users, assist administrators when needed, and maintain the overall stability of the system.

One of the things we particularly appreciate is the overall user experience of the platform, especially from the perspective of the end users. The ability to access the application across multiple devices and platforms has really helped with adoption among board members. The application is available on iOS, Android, Windows, and through the web, which gives directors the flexibility to access their board materials from whichever device they prefer.

Features such as biometric authentication, including fingerprint and facial recognition, also help make the login experience more convenient while still maintaining strong security for sensitive information.

What I like most about BoardPAC is how it makes board meetings far more organized and efficient by keeping all meeting materials, agendas and documents in one secure digital platform. It lets board members easily access, review and annotate documents from anywhere, which saves time, cuts down on paperwork and helps meetings run more smoothly. I also appreciate that it maintains strong security for sensitive information throughout the process.

What I like best about BoardPAC is the accessibility and convenience it provides. Board papers can be accessed anytime and anywhere, which makes meeting preparation much easier. It also supports a more paperless and efficient way of working, as documents can be reviewed and annotated digitally without the need to print large volumes of materials.

During a recent meeting with Mr. Tharindu, Mr. Shiham and En. Fadhli, they also shared several upcoming features, including AI capabilities to summarise meeting papers, interact with the Board when queries are raised on meeting materials, and assist with minutes preparation. These enhancements will further improve the experience and efficiency for stakeholders and users, particularly the Board.

Overall, the platform is helpful, but there may be opportunities to further enhance usability. My colleague and I previously shared a minor limitation with Mr. Tharindu, which he has taken note of and will look into i.e. that the full title of meeting papers cannot be viewed once all documents have been uploaded, unless the cursor is placed over the title.

BoardPAC is an excellent board management solution that has significantly improved our meeting efficiency and governance processes. The platform is user-friendly, secure, and highly reliable.

Minimize usage of hard copies and it has significantly improved efficiency in preparing, circulating, and accessing board papers, while maintaining strong document control and version management.

Occasional system lag when two people accessing from the same authorizer account and navigation complexity may slow down urgent updates. Some customization options for agenda structuring and document categorization could also be more flexible to better align with specific organizational workflows.

BoardPAC addresses key governance and administrative challenges associated with managing board and committee processes. It eliminates reliance on manual circulation of papers, fragmented email communications, and version control issues by centralizing all meeting-related documentation in a secure digital platform.

BoardPAC is very easy to use, and the application is very user-friendly. BoardPAC offers the iPad app version as well as android, Mac iPhone, and Windows versions. The BoardPac application is hosted on premise for our case, and we have been using it for almost more than two years now, and the experience has been very good compared to what we had earlier. The best thing about BoardPac is the Face ID or touch ID login on the iPad devices without the need to enter the password manually. The BoardPac team also provide regular support for any and all queries or issues that are faced by the users. Overall, the application is major Help in conducting our Board and committee meetings and is very much recommended to anyone else looking for the same.

There are not a lot of things to dislike about BoardPac, but the document pack presentation after downloading can be improved and modified for better user experience. Additionally, the user is download option is required from the front end. Also, the default document type after uploading should be NA rather than paper for approval.

Overall, the BoardPac application is very user-friendly, and that is a major benefit to all the users. However, in addition to that, BoardPac consistently takes feedback from the users and ensures that the feedback is worked upon. Also, there are regular meetings with the senior management of BoardPAC to review the progress and address any open points.
