BMC helix discovery tool is amazing tool that helps to discover all attributes as servers, IPs all related details of servers as ports networks details etc. this is one solution for all the issues where you can compare data from different customers too

nothing as such for now. great features so far

it's a fantastic tool..this even helps for cost saving as we can analyse the total servers that we have..with all required details..which are decomm and which are working condition not used etc...so a main goal can also be cost saving along with managing the whole database for server details

comparison of server details from diff customers helped to know which server details are missed from database to verify etc

It is a highly integrated tool and easy to use.

I think it can have more disk space as we use extensive data nowadays

Management of licenses, h/w, and monitoring is excellent. It also saves company workers a lot of time inventorying IT, as having to do it manually would take longer and probably be less accurate than BMC reports.

What do you like best about BMC Helix Discovery?
Agility and speed are the key features provided by BMC Discovery. Provides multi-cloud management features for IT services. UI is very intuitive. AN extensively inexpensive tool available in the software market.
What do you dislike about BMC Helix Discovery?
Nothing much that I disliked about this product. Sometimes generates useless emails which are of no use to me.
