We started using Bluenote about 3 years ago when we moved into a new and much larger dental office with 14 operatories. We were looking for a product that could be purchased outright without being nickel and dimed with monthly service fees. Bluenote is everything we hoped it would be and more, and completely worth will be paid for it. I would recommended to any dental office

Bluenote makes office communication seemless!

Easy to use, intuitive, great communicator for both the front office and back office. This software has minimized the trouble of finding help around the office, letting the doctor know that a patient is ready to be seen, and finding help from other team members.

The look is slightly basic, but I would rather have everything work flawlessly (which it does) than a beautiful product that lacks usability.

Communicating within the office and increasing the speed of notifying other team members that help is needed.

Blue notes have helped out office streamline our communications to improve patient care and sales. Their tech support is very responsive.

Setting up Blue Notes can be confusing and using it can take some time. The updated versions have improved usability a little bit more.

We can track where the patient is in the office, see how long a patient has been in the office, and doctors can request for assistance from the room.

Blue Note is such an excellent and easy communication system. It has revolutionized our patient and practice flow. It is easy to use and so flexible. Our efficiency and patient handoffs have gotten so much better.

I dislike that it took me so long to install it. I wish I had started using it the first day of my practice.

I used to have to call in techs with another system: no one knew if they had responded, I couldn't specify why I needed them, and there was no timer. Now we know how long a patient has been waiting, when they are ready and what tests or contacts have been completed.

Gives us the capability to communicate across the facility with the patients and healthcare providers and its great way to record documentation.

I get really bored with the need of frequent updating of the software to use it and the notifications atimes comes late whilst it was sent earlier.

If your facility is looking for a way to organise the internal communication and manage staffs and patients attendance then this could be the right choice for you.

BlueNote works so well when we need to communicate with providers, medical assistants, or if we need to reach anyone in our office building. It is a simple clean interface, and is very customizable.

Sometimes certain computers will stop working with the program. We have our IT come out to reset the trouble computers. But it never seems to get corrected. Not sure if it’s works well on new computers, but that can slow things down. Usually when this happens it gets fixed pretty quickly.

Problems that we are solving, this helps with any confusion with patients. Finding out what rooms patients are in and which providers need to see them.
