What do you like best about BigTime?I really appreciate the ease of access BigTime offers. The timer function is another feature I like, and being able to look at different engagements by workstream is quite convenient. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.What do you dislike about BigTime?I usually enter my time for the prior week on Mondays and sometimes I will enter and submit an entire week of time without realizing it was the current week and not the previous.What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?I use BigTime to enter timely client hours for billing and track engagement WIPs. The ease of access and the timer function make it convenient for managing different engagements by workstream.

What do you like best about BigTime?I like that BigTime tracks time by project.What do you dislike about BigTime?One improvement that BigTime can work on is to keep reminding me to add my time real time or at least 1 day lag only. Example is to force user to log time at the beginning of the day or before logging off otherwise I cannot use other apps.What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?it helps analyze where I spent most of my days.

What do you like best about BigTime?BigTime makes it easy for me to enter my time each day so I don't get behind.What do you dislike about BigTime?No complaints! I find BigTime to be a great tool to track my time.What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?Besides time entry, BigTime gives me quick snapshots of budgets so I can monitor my projects easily and quickly.

What do you like best about BigTime?The interface is self-explanatory. BigTime also keeps track of the hours in a workday automatically, so overtime hours are easy to follow. The Analytics tab is another strong point, it helps a lot with reports and with keeping an eye on how projects are going overall.What do you dislike about BigTime?No specific dislikes to share right now. The experience has been smooth overall.What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?BigTime takes the guesswork out of tracking time, since the hours in a workday are captured automatically and overtime is easy to spot. The Analytics tab turns that into reports, so it is simple to see how projects are tracking without digging for the numbers.

Live Chat (not AVA) has been especially helpful, responsive with minimal to no wait, and useful for insight, direction, and resolution on most issues. Client and project setup is fast and easy using custom templates built for our job types. The user-right flexibility also lets me keep things simple and minimal for staff who do not need to see all the financial information, so they can focus on tasks and hours while I stay in control of what they can access.What do you dislike about BigTime?No specific dislikes to share right now. What do you like best about BigTime?BigTime works well across all our devices. On the desktop you get the most features, while the iPhone and iPad app are easy to use when you're away from the computer. Adding new clients and matters, archiving old ones, and managing active files is also seamless and you can create and edit invoices from the desktop version easily, even with multiple users.What do you dislike about BigTime?Haven't had any issues so far, it has been a useful software addition.What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?BigTime makes it easy to work across devices with multiple users contributing. It is easy to manage client matters day to day, and handle invoicing without a steep learning curve, which makes billing more efficient.

What do you like best about BigTime?I appreciate BigTime's flexibility and how it allows me to stop and start tasks easily. I like that it sums up my time separately each day; which is great for keeping things organized. I also find the reporting feature really helpful, as it gives me an overall view of what I've done for the month. Which allows me to go back and review my work for particular clients. The setup process was straightforward and easy; which made getting started with BigTime an effortless experience.What do you dislike about BigTime?Sometimes the stopping and starting of timers isn't smooth and I've noticed the timer can unintentionally turn back on after I've paused it. I suspect it might be a mouse movement triggering it, but I'm not entirely sure. It would be helpful if the timer pause was more secure to ensure it stays paused when I need it to.What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?BigTime maintains my hours with a daily summary and per day that wasn't available before. (This is a great feature now!) This helps me review what I've done so far for the day; which is great for time management.
