What do you like best about BigCommerce?It lets me check current orders, understand sales trends and load new items to the website of the company.What do you dislike about BigCommerce?I don’t dislike anything, it works fantastic. Maybe there could be an FAQ menu to make things easier to find.What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?To load information into our website in a quick and efficient way. I am very happy with the service.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?I like the ease of use with the UI. It's very quick and easy to perform everyday tasks, whether it's updating customer information or editing product details. What do you dislike about BigCommerce?Recommendations to others considering BigCommerce?The support is also wonderful. Our customer success manager reaches out to set up check-ins to make sure we have everything we need or to go over new features that may be helpful for our business.What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?I don't know if I dislike anything that is within BigCommerce's control. We run multiple sites through BigCommerce and want to move to a multi-storefront for ease of use. So, running several individual sites isn't ideal without a multi-storefront. However, we're waiting for our ERP to be updated before upgrading with BigCommerce.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?This platform is very user-friendly and offers access to thousands of apps that you can easily download and use.What do you dislike about BigCommerce?We find ourselves needing a BigCommerce developer more often than I think should be necessary. Some apps require custom integration, especially if your website has any custom development.What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?We were searching for a new platform that would allow us to create a custom box builder. Although this typically requires web development, we managed to implement it without incurring unreasonable costs.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?The User-Friendly interface has been updated to be even more robust than it already was. Grouping customers, utilizing those groups for promotions, shipping and price lists has never been easier. This will come in handy on the B2B side as well so different price sheets can reflect for the customer groups. Promotions can now be targeted to help drive specials for groups.What do you dislike about BigCommerce?Big Commerce does come with certain levels and is more geared towards enterprise or larger catalog stores. They have several integrations that help make add-ons easier in the App Store, but it seems like in smaller businesses might not have the resources to add these integration causing pricing to be higher than they maybe able to afford. Enterprise level comes with dedicated support specialists, but from what I can tell the smaller packages do not, which can be hard for people wanting to test the waters.Recommendations to others considering BigCommerce?The look and feel of BC is easier to control. Do you want to change the way an address field looks? You can do that. What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?You want a 1-step checkout, which can happen with a few changes without going to a developer. This speeds up the overall function of the e-commerce store making it on par with several other competitors.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?They've recently updated their product listing organization to make it easier to bulk edit listings, which I appreciate for adding new products.What do you dislike about BigCommerce?I still think that BigCommerce could improve it's formatting options for use on mobile devices, such as separate editing of the desktop and mobile appearances. What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?Its best use is for cataloging our company's wide variety of products and small parts for customers to look at and order.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?I like the ease of setup, the API integrations, and the pricing model.What do you dislike about BigCommerce?The cost is high. And the UI is kind of a maze to figure out.What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?We can sync orders to our other systems for sales and newsletters.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?Reporting is best way to get updates about the business. Refund of taxes on return report will be the best to complete reporting as right know it’s not available. All other reports are the best. Checked on competitors and they have few reports more than Big Commerce. Please do something about tax refund on return report. Thanks. What do you dislike about BigCommerce?Recommendations to others considering BigCommerce?Tax refund on returns report will be the best as had software engineer write custom reports and running through API. What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?Most of the eCom related issues are getting resolved. Returns reports help us a lot. Partial refund reports will be best if can get it from big commerce.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?Big Commerce makes creating, setting up, and running a website fairly easy and is well priced. Their support is excellent and US Based. The site is never down and is reliable.What do you dislike about BigCommerce?There are limitations of what you can make the website look like, they could offer more flexibility to adjust the look of the website - particularly the homepage.What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?Big Commerce is helping us maintain and manage our website, with minimal regular maintenance.

What do you like best about BigCommerce?Simple to use with a clean UI and the tools you need to grow your business. Performance and uptime have never been an issue, and on the rare occasion something does happen, support has always been quick and effective at getting it resolved. Integrating BigCommerce with our other platforms has been relatively painless, and it has streamlined a large portion of our processes.What do you dislike about BigCommerce?Some of the out-of-the-box tools feel limited, which means I sometimes have to work outside the platform to get a task done or develop and integrate additional tools to make up for those gaps.What problems is BigCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?Improvements and updates to tools and systems do happen but seem few and far between.
