What don't we like would be a better question!

The greatest feature we enjoy is the bid leveling.

The other features are amazing as well. Bid invite ease, file room management, customizable bid forms by trade rocks, the online email/messaging system is brilliant, and the ease of finding a resource with a ton of vendors is great.

The thing we like the least is that we can't really create custom fields to help us filter our vendors. However, we are able to utilize the Tags and Rating fields to fill the gap...sort of. We don't want too many tags, so we've created just a few like MRRA Only, and for Do Not Use vendors we selected the Do Not Use option but also rated as 1 star and placed a note to address why we can't use them.

Friendly format, easy to use, very helpful.

At this juncture I do not think I have something negative to show.

Finding projects, sending out

The easy storing of all RFQ's, project messages, addenda, files, etc. all in one place.

The support team is very fast and knowledgeable.

Our reps have been with us every step of the way.

The AI can sometimes cause for issues within individual companies since it is set up to serve the greater good of the website, but they will work with you to input product requests.

The software is very User Friendly. The interface is simple.

Grouping function needs to be improved in numerous ways that I've already submitted my information to BBP.

I would highly recommend this product due to the ease of use, simple user interface and good value.

If youre still working with excel sheet to track your bid request, definitely switch over to a software like Building connected. It will give you peace of mind about not missing deadlines for bid requests and its a one stop place for all your bid invites.

I think that the most helpful tool in the Bid Board Pro Arsenal is the ability to track follow-ups using the dashboard or the calendar which can sync easily to Outlook®.

Sometimes when sending Addenda notice emails they will be created as a new opportunity rather than being added to the existing opportunity. Also, when Syncing to an outlook calendar some of Outlook's Add-in's or features will not work. It is viable though and I guess that's all that really matters.

Missing followups is always a potential but with the way reminders are set up it is simple and easy to follow-up while having the Bid Board open filtering "Submitted" and leave comments either while you're talking or even cut and pasting replies form perspective customers to the whole team has access to those notes wirelessly. This helps keep everyone on the same page and affords us the opportunity to be flexible and collaborative. My follow-up Game is Rock Solid and I believe that has been helpful in staying "Front of Mind" with our customers.
