The user interface is very friendly. Since I had already used other platforms like Workday, I find Betterworks smoother and easier to navigate. The platform’s integration with other tools like Slack is also seamless, and it’s especially helpful because updates that need attention are shared directly in Slack.

Betterworks loads very quickly and feels responsive. Support has been responsive and friendly as well, and issues are addressed quickly. For my performance reviews and other tasks, when I type in details I can use the AI feature to refine the content and make changes, which is very helpful for me.

I haven’t been able to find any real downsides to Betterworks so far, but the visual UI layout could definitely be improved to feel more polished.

What I like most is the ability to specify percentages and clearly outline the working steps.

Sometimes it would be helpful to have active links to activity pages within our company.

Using Betterworks, I can keep track of my routines and activities, which helps me stay focused on what’s been completed, what’s still in progress, and what needs to be closed out by the deadline.

While the interface is generally easy to use, some sections still require multiple clicks to complete simple tasks. More customization options for dashboards and notifications, including finer prioritization and configurable alerts, would make it easier to surface important updates and improve overall efficiency.

I like how easy the visuals are as you progress towards the overall goals. The color scheme lets me quickly see where we are doing well and where we need to make improvements. The initial setup of Betterworks was very easy, and I love it.

I wish the percentages and colors were different. By that I mean that I'm missing a smart goal and am 75% to my goal. I would think that would still be orange in color, yet the system shows I'm green. I would think it would require a higher percentage for that color to change. Sometimes it makes you look better than you are.

Betterworks keeps us organized, prevents things from falling through the cracks, and helps us stay focused on our processes by regularly visiting the site.

This benefits me by helping ensure my work stays aligned with broader priorities, improving accountability, and making it easier to communicate progress during performance discussions.

It is a constant reminder of the goals set per quarter that I can update in real time.

The system is great, we are asked to implement more goals that we feel are needed. No dislikes in the program.

I use Betterworks in my work environment to keep track of my objectives during the calendar year and review them, which is great for gathering everyone's objectives and key results. I find it great for reminding me to work towards my goals and letting me know about last week's process every Monday. I really like the interactiveness of the platform, how you can understand how everything works just by looking at it and move things around a little. It allows me to have conversations with my managers and request feedback. Overall, I enjoy the whole platform. I came from another one and can confidently say Betterworks is a better platform in every aspect. The setup was really easy, and I loved the OKR assistant.

probably some minor extra features but nothing too big to be a dealbreaker. for me it works wonders
