Poor Customer Service and Consistent Issues

PROS: It is very cost effective. Our company saves a lot of money by using BetterTeam.

CONS: There are consistent software problems that do not get fixed when you contact support. They might provide a temporary fix, but the next day you have the same problems again. When you reach out again, they blow you off and say that the problem has been fixed. They also say that they will get back to you and never do. They have poor customer service.

"Simple to use, with low-end features"

What do you like best about Betterteam?

I really like the recruiting options to push my job out to the major job boards without needing a credit card to give it a try.

What do you dislike about Betterteam?

Not the biggest fan of the design of the product. Missing some core features to manage applicants as they come in. we already have a different ATS and felt like it was missing the connectors to our ATS or let me use their ats.

Recommendations to others considering Betterteam:

Looking for a low cost no thrills software? This is your best option. Not a whole lot of customization or automation, but it will get you some job seekers.

Get a full pricing picture before you start your jobs.

Pain in the butt!

I am not a customer of this awful company. But they text me every single day. I block them and they just use a different number. "Sarah" texts me every day. I would NEVER use a company that harasses people with constant texts. I never asked for them to text me. I've never even looked them up until today.

Betterteam is SPAMMING me over and over and over via text. I block the number and they send again via another. Scam company!

" Kelsey" initiates contact through WhatsApp, using a Canadian business phone number registered to " Sheldon Shields". The unsolicited offer is for work at home positions with a company called Betterteam located in California. These sort of calls I have already blocked originating from the Philippines.

In a full year I only got 36 total applicants. Only 1 actually met my criteria. Waste of money.

Betterteam (aka Lensa) sends constant spam of irrelevant jobs, they NEVER stop, even when you unsubscribe, it's pathetic.

Rejected

Email received saying none of the job boards will take the job postings we put forward.

We know at least one of them will, as we currently have jobs posted on there.

Perhaps Betterteam should reflect on their own credibility as to why job boards don't accept postings from them....
