Best Case has all the functionality of a platform that is well needed. Updated forms, step by step assistance when adding information, great means calculations, and filing assistance. This is a very user friendly program that guides you through the process of submitting a bankruptcy. It has steps for all types of bankruptcies and ways to perform uploads of your documentation and file with ease.

If I was to give this program any negative ratings, I think it would be the training for usage. Training is necessary.

Documents have to be provided at a fast pace, including calculations and notices. this program gives you the edge to do just that. You can not only keep track and respond to any inquiries from the trustee, but you can also move your case along with ease at the same time.

The best part about this is the one touch case filing. I don't have to worry about filing everything individually, it does every document for me. Even stores the password so I don't have to waste time looking that up. Other great things include the new feature where you can import calendar dates directly from PACER. It keeps everything so organized and it is so thorough that it is hard to make serious errors.

The only drawback I have found is not being able to open certain forms at the same time. The integration to be able to switch between Form 22, Schedules I and J is great but sometimes I need to see other things too. Everything else seems to run smoothly and efficiently.

It is hard to find other software with the features that Best Case offers currently. I would say give them a try, I have demo'd others and they just don't measure up.

It is so much easier to manage case files and get the required forms filled out and filed correctly. I can also save time imputing calendar dates with the new feature.

What is most helpful while using bestcase is the way the application is set up that lists all of your clients in alphabetical order whether or not their bankruptcy is open or closed. Another thing I enjoy is the easy access it has, being able to search and find the documents I need In the search bar for all forms.

Something I dislike Is the font style and size style of best case. Some fonts are smaller then others and it makes it harder to look at when searching within a clients file.

Some problems being solved is ease of organization, being able to compile large amounts of data into one organization system.

The fields are very user friendly and the software is very intuitive.

With the Chapter 13 Plans sometimes revisions are difficult.

Easy to use, intuitive software.

Makes Petition and Plan drafting very simple and straight forward. Takes far less time than filing in petitions/plans.

Like that the Credit Counseling and the Credit Reports can be ordered inside the platform.

It lost the documents from the credit counseling service. It kept unsyncing with the bankruptcy court acting like I wasn't active in ECF. Every issue that could be had with a cloud based software was experienced. Their customer service it terrible to get ahold of. Once you finally do get to someone, they cannot handle everything and transfer you to someone else. They can be on any number of time zones, so who knows whether they can really assist you or not because their work day may end in the middle of your call. For a company that files 80% of the bankruptcy cases nationwide they should have waited on the cloud based service until they worked out the bugs.

At the moment they have yet to solve any of the issues mentioned. They claim to be working on it.
