This is going on our 3rd year using…

This is going on our 3rd year using Bench. I started off using Quickbooks and tried to do it all myself but not knowing exactly what I was doing as well as not staying on top of it was becoming a nightmare. We started using Bench, it took a some time for them to learn our business but now they seem to have everything in order and rarerly have to ask for information from me. So far it has helped our business tremendously.

I have been with Bench for 4 year and…

I have been with Bench for 4 year and have enjoyed how it creates less work for me. My only complaint is the accountant turn over I think I have probably had 10-12 different people which can be frustrating. Retention would be beneficial.
