What do you like best about BeatRoute?

With Beatroute, we were able to equip our field sales team with an application used in opening of accounts, visiting existing accounts (with visibility in map), encoding of customers real-time and recording the customer feedback for better customer experience. In addition, Sales managers were able to track the activities of their downline and provide them systematic directions on how to improve their group performance. They also have various reports that can be generated and shown in dashboard for easier analysis.

Compared to other SFA, Beatroute is very cost-efficient. Their after-sales / support group is very responsive as well.

What do you dislike about BeatRoute?

Since this is a cloud-based app, mobile-based customizations are limited, but you'll see new version releases from time to time to further enhance their product. They're very open for suggestions and continuously improving their product for their customers

What problems is BeatRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

On Field-based personnel:

1. Business continuity to existing customers. With high attrition in field sales personnel, this feature is very important. Historical data of customer is retained and transferred to new customers and they'll be guided by the geo-location tagging

2. Can record the previous feedback and will have the data to restart conversation upon their next visit. All customer info is also available on the device so no need to bring a lot of paper from head office.

3. Real-time encoding of orders

On Sales Managers

1. Tracing of SE's adherence to planned route and company directions

2. Easily monitor sales inflow

3. Easier communications (they can use BR to provide directions or set jump calls for certain customers needing immediate attention.

On support group

1. Easily download SE activities and attendance

2. Real time inflow of orders

What do you like best about BeatRoute?

The application works effectively for our sales force. Beatroute backend team gives strong attention to their users also they have given the proper induction for their product.

What do you dislike about BeatRoute?

Communication from the support team needs to improve. Need customisation of the report into excel sheet which save our time to make multiple report from SFA downloads

What do you like best about BeatRoute?

Saves time with centralised reporting, sales team member wise details, easy product, prices, specifications etc uploads.

What do you dislike about BeatRoute?

Shop front picture are very small in size, doesn't show this important data on admin login.

Some of the archived outlets are not synchronised and keep showing in route map report.

What problems is BeatRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saves time on following up with field sales for reporting.

Immediate orders and payment update.

Records of payment data.
