With Beatroute, we were able to equip our field sales team with an application used in opening of accounts, visiting existing accounts (with visibility in map), encoding of customers real-time and recording the customer feedback for better customer experience. In addition, Sales managers were able to track the activities of their downline and provide them systematic directions on how to improve their group performance. They also have various reports that can be generated and shown in dashboard for easier analysis.
Compared to other SFA, Beatroute is very cost-efficient. Their after-sales / support group is very responsive as well.
Since this is a cloud-based app, mobile-based customizations are limited, but you'll see new version releases from time to time to further enhance their product. They're very open for suggestions and continuously improving their product for their customers
