Bautomate has fully automated our Invoice and accounts payable department. Earlier, we were relying on manual invoice processing methods, which weren't only time-consuming, but also incurred a significant operational cost. I would like to share my experience with the Bautomate product.

I work for a Retail & e-commerce company. Previously, we were receiving few numbers of invoices and other documents. It was very easy to validate and store in our database. After the expansion of our retail supply chain, we received a large volume of documents and invoices from the customers. We were unable to handle them manually. Hence we decided to purchase an efficient business process automation software.

After a long research process, we had to choose the Bautomate BPA solution. This platform is an amazing solution. The quality of service, customer support are excellent. Bautomate helped us to extract, validate (more than 7000 invoices per day) and store our customer documents in a single integrated environment. Wow!

Our company had automated the document management completely. Many thanks to Bautomate!! We don't have to rely on expensive human resources anymore. The entire process is fast, cost-effective, and secure.

I love the fact that how simple and easy to integrate the Bautomate BPA solution is. Whenever I think there is something Bautomate's automation software can't do, I always end up finding that they have already thought of it. Also, our customer support experiences have been excellent. They are very quick in responding to your queries and are super reliable.

To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about Bautomate. Not even a single thing. Their solutions are innovative, easy to use, easy to integrate with current infrastructure, 24*7 customer support, what else do you want!

We have totally eliminated paper-based invoices, data entry and manual form-filling AP process, which has saved 10 (if not more) hours per week. We can handle our AP department remotely and with less manpower. Further, our payment processing has improved to a great level.
