The thing I like best about BatchLeads is the driving routes feature. I've segnificantly decreased the time I spend driving and skiptracing.

If there is something to dislike about BatchLeads, I haven't found it yet.

BathLeads solves a few problems for me:

1) Reduction of time in my car.

2) Reduction of mileage logged on my car.

3) Reduction in the amount of time I spend skip tracing.

4) Organization of information about properties and leads.

I love that BatchLeads connects to my dialer (BatchDialer), and I am able to list stack. This connectivity also saves me money and valuable time because I don't redouble my efforts when pulling lists, skiptracing, and dialing. I know whom I have called already. BatchLeads is more intuitive and user-friendly than its biggest competitor. But what really caused me to finally switch to BatchLeads was the IMPRESSIVE driving-for-dollars app that comes with even the low-level subscriptions FREE. This saves me a large monthly fee with a strictly driving-for-dollars service, plus the leads are auto-saved into whatever list I want them saved to in BatchLeads. I can't say enough about Batch. I recommend them to so many people, I have had a colleague tell me he thought I worked for them.

The only aspect of BatchLeads that doesn't perform as well as their competitor in my experience has been searching for vacant land. I expect this will be improved rapidly, as Batch is constantly improving. No worries at all.

BatchLeads has been improving simplification for the user. I have loved the quick filters. They also recently added real estate agent features so I can easily find their info in the software as well.

Batch Leads is very complete in all that I need and the people on my team are very happy we have applies BatchLeads to our toolbox. IT WILL MAKE US MONEY! I am able to do in just an hour or so what used to take many hours or days, and now with much more confidence in the list we are creating.

For my purposes it is very complete. Zomby properties might be a good add on. SO MANY Features can overwhelm some people. BUT I need these features and it is usually a person problem and not a BL issue. All overcome.

Repetative Data Collection made easy!

What isn't To like about BatchLeads?! From pulling accurate lists, to the data provided in searches, to being able to skip trace, to learning who the buyers are... I tell everyone that Batch can do what the Competitors do, but the Competitors cannot do what Batch does.., it's a one stop shop with accurate data.

Some of the skip traces are out dated. While that may seem like a contradiction to my remarks about what I do like, no skip tracer can guarantee the accuracy of days when it comes to skip tracking.. there simply are too many variables involved and I accept that.

Property data... learning where investors are investing and comping prospects

User Friendly, easy to navigate, data is always updated

When make small changes to the account the system takes awhile to update.

Batchleads is always adding new ways to be more efficient

The whole crew is very helpful and truly want to see their clients succeed!

Sometimes a bit difficult to get thru to C/S, and Driving for $$ not always available in areas I'd like otherwise.

Makes it easy to get a good glimpse of crucial data about potential clients. Helps to track contacts.

I used it for Driving for Dollars, build a great list of potential clients, skipped trace all my leads and now I have endless lead generating systems

That I have to integrate a third party texting, calling, following up systems

I can generate as many leads that I need or want on the day-to-day basis

Before ever signing up I checked out what they had for training and it was top notch. Production value was great and so well thought out. So easy to use.

Nothing. Working great so far. The back and forth between searches could use some work.

Easy to search for properties in our area and create lists. Also easy to create direct mail right away.

Platform is intuitive, there is a lot to learn, but can be done quickly and action can be taken immediately. Landree is an amazing instructor who is patent, and willing to take the time to explain.

Identifying off market properties with specific critera to identify owners who may be looking to sell.

It has everything you need to succeed. Your property list that is captured after downloading is easily availabe to you. Your Quick Filters are continuosly updating. There are so many options to help you identify and analyize properties.

Nothing to dislike at the moment. Possibly down the road implenting a CRM so you have an all in one tool.

Identifying properties that could be marketed too. Direct mail campaings, and Agent Outreach are areas I am venturing out too.
