We used this product for one of the AI problems where it performed very well for data labeling, model training and using existing workflows makes it best among other products.

sometimes, existing processes or engines don't provide robust solutions so we need to focus a lot while creating processes. Always prefers to get a robust solution so that it can be used for the long term.

We used this tool for complex AI problems, used its inbuilt powerful features and solved some advanced problems easily. It provides flexibility and compatibilty along with a focus on data preparation which can be easily used into the models.

I like how accommodating their support engineers are. They are always willing to help to make sure that we can achieve our desired annotation output from the platform.

I can't think of anything at the moment but like other platforms, there is always room for improvement.

The dashboard of this software needs to be improved and updated according to time. The image processing or more considerable file processing in low configuration systems consumes more time and becomes slightly laggy.

Gathering and receiving data from other servers or software has become so fluent. Helped my team members greatly in removing human errors in documentation, data labelling, and modelling processing.

One thing I really like is their documentation. You can easily learn to use this tool by going through their documentation. About the product,I think it is the best tool that i have used for data labeling.

Though the product is easy to use, there can be learning curves for someone who are not very clear with the basic of data labeling.
