They are extremely responsive and make the integration seamless. It was the easiest to use we saw in the market for the best price!
They ask to help a lot and want to repeat what they can do for you, yet I have what I need and right now.
Emergency 911 services
In nearly 15 years as their client, they are our primary carrier. The outstanding performance of their platform he been hands down, the best of all their competitors. Their portal is simple to navigate. Their APIs are well documented and designed.
Not applicable. From service to account support, I have nothing negative to share.
Robust APIs allows us to provide the services our customers require.
I like the fact that whenever I am in need of support with any messaging related issues in the USA, we get the support we need and the Bandwidth team always tries to resolve the issue at hand.
Buying nunbers in the bandwidth portal can be tedious sometimes. But after a couple tries it usually succeeds.
Giving us access to the US market. It is acting as a gateway for us to reach the end users in the US.
Bandwidth is responsive and easy to do business with. We have been porting 100s of numbers in. THeir porting team is thorough and diligent. We are kept informed through every step.
The PSTN service are extremely reliable. After we move all of our customer to Bandwidth we haven't had a single incident.
The people are friendly and professional.
There is nothing i dislike about Bandwidth.
Bandwidth provides reliable SIP trunking. There are moreredundancy and failover possibilities than our other system can match. We haven't experience an outage. This makes our customer happy.
The Bandwidth portal is extremely easy to use. Fairly intuitive when it comes to most tasks being performed like porting, number management, and account setup. They also have a new feature within the Insights area that enables you to pull realtime CDR data for calls. This is a huge time saver when it comes to troubleshooting call-related issues for our customers.
Sometimes the port-in requests get rejected due to some odd issues on the service provider's end. It would be nice for the portal to show the person entering the port that the request needs to be split up into different rate center groups or requires special information to get processed. In addition, when back-ordering numbers, it would be beneficial to have a timeframe for fulfillment. Currently, this is a low-priority item for the Bandwidth techs so it can take more than 24 hours to get a number.
Check out the portal - it provides easy, direct access to the tools you need.
Number management - we have tens of thousands of DIDs with Bandwidth and the functionality to review and retrieve this information is very helpful. This is most noticeable on the backend - keeping your numbers straight and organized so we're not spending a lot of time managing this aspect of our service. In addition, they provide the ability to modify number characteristics (PIN, assigned address, CNAM attributes, etc.) in bulk which saves time and resources. Initially, I was performing this task manually for each individual number. When you have 200+ numbers to modify, that can take several hours. Now I can complete this task in minutes!
Customer support - Bandwidth has implemented a new feature in the portal that allows you to review call data in real time. This enables us to identify potential issues quicker, thereby speeding up the problem-resolution process. Previously, it could take several hours to download the raw CDR data, parse through it for the affected calls and then relay this information to our customers.
Portal access and able to make changes on the fly, without having to use a back-end ITSP team.
Good and honest discussions with account manager.
Able to assist in our growth, by opening up new countries/regions.
Would be nice, when needed, to have a telephone call with support team.
Global provider. Our old provider did not offer us a good footprint, in areas where we operated. Bandwidth meets those need, espcially in Europe.
Very responsive. Our rep was very quick to set up calls and was understanding when we had to change the call time several times. They quickly brought in others.
All has been great so far. Not much more to say. We have been working with them for a long time and they also were quick to fix a billing issue. I look forward
Ability to get our customers options for the way they communicate. Also, it has helped during RFIs when we had to list the vendors we used. By using Bandwidth it helped pass the verdicts
The employees are the key to any successful company, and Bandwidth has the most! Everyone I've dealt with, from Support to Account Manager or above, and in between, is always FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable of the processes, quick to assist, and ALWAYS very kind and courteous. Again - a GREAT group of people makes up this organization.
Suggestions were requested on improving the Dashboard, and they really DID listen. To date, Bandwidth has implemented 2 of the four suggestions our organization had. Quite impressive.
The downsides of Bandwidth are related to the Dashboard. There are limitations that other providers do not have and quirks that make order entry a bit frustrating as you know, you will have to go back to the order w/in 10 mins to request some backend work be done. Not being able to add CNAM to numbers upon port order entry.
These are items Bandwidth is aware of, and I know they are working to find resolutions.
Due to the timely pickup of tickets and prompt resolutions, I have no 'problems' Bandwidth is solving for me.
Note: The screenshot would not upload to review

The thing that I like the most are their APIs.
I wish there were a better way to handle 911 address mismatch through their APIs.
We are solving the issue of being able to provide 911 services by leveraging bandwidth's ability to send notifications for 911 calls as well enhanced 911 with 2nd line address field.
