Great way to reward your team members

What do you like best about Awardco?

I can reward my team, but without feeling like I'm gifting them things only I will appreciate. There are so many options available for everyone.

I have not found anything that I dislike (that is not related to the options provided by my employer)

Engaging and Immediate

What do you like best about Awardco?

I like that it's so easy to recognize anyone in the company in the moment. Working remotely, this gives us that chance to say good job in a tangible way.

Employees need to take initiative for this to work, and some may not do so without encouragement.

Awardco is helping me recognize my colleagues and receive meaningful recognition for my efforts.

Easy way to get the things I want/need with points earned from employer

What do you like best about Awardco?

I like all of the different options there are to order things from. From basic household essentials to experiences, donations and food services.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

Returning things through Amazon is difficult. I had ordered a charging cable for an Apple product and it wasn't the right one. Amazon customer service didn't seem to know how to help. They just gave me a credit and told me to keep the items when I wanted to exchange them for the correct cable.

What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?

Awardco is a great way to offer incentives to employees to continue to strive in their job roles for rewards.

What do you like best about Awardco?

The ability to give kuddos without necessarily having a monetary value attached. Also the option to reward with gift cards that team members can use for what they actually need.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

So far we haven't found any down sides to the program.

What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to recognize all levels of employees across the country, whether with physical cards or via email/text - both as kudos and gift cards.

Awardco: Awesome tool and super easy to use!

What do you like best about Awardco?

I love how there are so many options to choose from to redeem my awards points. There is a gift card option for almost anything I'm looking for. And if it's not there, I can even just get a virtual Visa card and use it anywhere! The redemption is super easy and I never had any trouble or technical issues. I have redeemed more than 6 different gift cards and used them with no issue!

What do you dislike about Awardco?

Nothing bad I can think of. I have used Awardco multiple times and never had any issues or complaints!

Recognizing employees with some rewards. It increases morale.

Fast shipping and easy to use

What do you like best about Awardco?

Being able to recognize co-workers for their efforts is wonderful. Being tied to Amazon gives you almost endless options to use your points and the shipping is very fast.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

I would like the search feature to be better. To be able to search with just the filter of what I can afford based on my current Awardco balance would be great. Instead you have to have some sort of keyword selected and then you can search based off of balance.

What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to recognize a co-worker with something of value. Words are wondwerful but a gift of value that is company sanctioned is so much nicer.
