What do you like best about AvidXchange?

I love that all invoices and payment information are kept in one place. It makes it easy to look back at past invoices, and I can distribute payments between different entities as needed.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

Check payments don’t always go out in a timely manner, which can be frustrating.

What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s helpful to have a place to store copies of invoices so I can keep everything organized and avoid duplicates.

Secure Payments and Increase in Value-Add Activities

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

It almost eliminates the need for check processing, saving valuable time and materials, while adding a more secure payment process.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

When processing payments from MRI, the open invoices stay in the system until the next day. I would like them to show as paid as soon as they are in AvidPay. Also, adding bank accounts through an Excel template uploaded to a case is inefficient. I would like something that admin's can update within the system. Obviously, there would have to be security measures in place, but the current process does not allow visibility to the setup and can take time for the case to be closed.

What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small team doing a lot of business. Prior to Avid, we had 2 people cutting checks twice a week, processing ACH's daily, and we did not have a reliable approval process. Avid has provided us an approval workflow that is reliable and a payment process that is super efficient, while letting our vendors choose their payment preference. This has benefited us by giving back time for more valuable activities, rather than cutting checks, fixing errors, or communicating with vendors about payment matters.

AvidXchange has been a solid upgrade for our AP workflow. We were coming from manual payment processing, and the efficiency gains became noticeable pretty quickly. It streamlines both invoice management and payment processing in a way that’s hard to argue with once you’re fully up and running.

AvidXchange solves the problem of manual, time‑consuming accounts payable processes by automating invoice intake, approvals, and payments in one centralized system. This reduces paper handling, data entry, and the risk of errors while improving visibility into invoice status and cash flow. As a result, invoices are processed more efficiently, approvals move faster, and the accounting team spends less time on administrative tasks and more time on higher‑value work.

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

I like the workflow and support when adding new locations and bank accounts with AvidXchange. It's really helpful because we add locations regularly, and it ensures we have a consistent process. I also found it easy to set up and expand, which adds to the convenience.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

I'd like to improve virtual card vendor adoption and consistency. Some vendors like Zillow and Sherwin Williams should be 100% virtual card.

What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use AvidXchange for managing payments and monetizing virtual card payments. It streamlines workflow and supports adding new locations and bank accounts, giving us a consistent process.
