Their support is a bit poor. They only offer support to window users and no Mac Support. We were forced to shift to windows so that we be receiving enough support from them. I think they should also offer support to businesses who prefer using Mac to windows.

AVG has a guard known as the AVG Guard which prevents computers in the business from accessing WIFI points which are normally set up by hackers. This benefits us in a way that the hackers are not able to steal information from our the business computers.

It runs in the background and I"ve not had any problems at all with it.

I wouldn't say I use it in depth enough to have strong opinions about anything I dislike. I haven't had any major problems.
