Avetta's organization system is the cleanest of any of the safety clearing houses that we use. The homepage hub contains nice visuals of current scores, comparing that to industry average. The clients are clearly categorized, with exact qualifications and "flag details" for each.

Time and expense - neither of which is unique to this product over other safety clearing houses. The setup time is a bit extensive - needing documentation and data from several years. One can also expect to have annual numbers in the thousands. Neither of these is unique to Avetta, though.

Some clients of ours insist on the use of Avetta for a clearing house prior to starting work on a job. Therefore, Avetta is literally a necessary part of being able to receive work. I also find Avetta is a great source of quick information regarding your scores vs. an industry average. Being able to house years of information in this platform is also helpful for quick viewing.

When there is any error that time it is very difficult to know what the error is so most of the time we need to contact the avetta support team in such cases.

The drag and drop feature for Avetta is a timesaver. This tool makes it easy to upload documents when answering the annual questionnaires and to provide required documents for review.

When a COI is rejected, sometimes it is difficult to understand what the issue is. Often I must reach out to Avetta Support to what needs correcting.
