What do you like best about Avature?I love the reporting features in Avature because there are so many customizable options to tailor to our clients' needs. It allows us to do advanced reporting back to our clients, which is essential for quarterly business reviews to track our performance, KPIs, and other metrics. Additionally, I appreciate that Avature keeps all of our clients' candidate data protected. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, we LOVE the product!What do you dislike about Avature?There seems to be a lot of restrictions within the platform that make tasks take longer. On top of that, every single change ends up costing too much.What problems is Avature solving and how is that benefiting you?Avature is an excellent tool for managing candidates and works effectively as an ATS. I find it particularly user-friendly for recruiters, making daily tasks much easier. One of its standout features is the ability for recruiters to customize workflows to match their unique hiring processes. This adaptability streamlines important activities like candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and handling offers. Additionally, Avature offers strong CRM capabilities, which help recruiters build and maintain talent pools, communicate with candidates in a personalized way, and manage pipelines with greater efficiency.

The search is fast and accurate, especially with advanced filters and Boolean, and overall the interface is clean and easy to navigate.What do you dislike about Avature?What I dislike about Avature is that the system can feel a bit complex at the start. Since it’s so customizable, the learning curve is higher and new users need some time to get comfortable. At times, the reporting setup takes longer than expected, and certain tasks require extra clicks that could be more streamlined.
