There's a lot. Easy to use, multiple functions, great customer service, and they're affordable, considering the other DMS platforms on the market!
While the platform runs exceptionally well, the dashboard looks outdated, which doesn't interfere with anything. I am told an update is in the works.
Autosoft helps manage various daily tasks across our entire dealership. It lets us see where to make better decisions and become more efficient.

Some integrations are lacking and some tax calculations on the sales side should be there.
They let me know of added benefits and upgrades as they occur. Solving compliance issues and working to continue that.
What I like about AutoSoft is that I can manage all my dealers under one app. It also helps in managing all of them with ease. The graphs give better insights. Implementing is also not an issue as it is very easy.
In this modern age, the UI is a bit outdated and can be improved as we use it very frequent
As we used to manage all the dealers individually, It was a tough job to handle it. We used to lose some customers in this process. But since we have started using the AutoSoft application everything is now going very smoothly. Managing, handling, tracking, communicating and all is gotten very easy.
The most helpful is when I'm doing legal hearings autosoft allows us to communicate without issues, it allows us to work on teams without issues, it makes the work flow better and payroll issues are less. It basically combines a lot of work material together in order to make things and/or situations less complicated.
The downside is that sometimes everyone doesn't seem to know how to use the software when we're having team meetings

Scheduling side could use help, esp when we deal with a large volume of new customers. Seems to glitch often, always
having to double check prices when selling parts because at times it will put whatever price. have to type vin numbers in multiple times daily for it to be able to find customer
