I like the ease with which we can upload the documents and minimize the paperwork while completing the various activities of a project. I also like the to do list which shows up as soon as I login. I also like to status history which is available for each activity which helps in tracking the progress.

The software does not have lot of leverage of making changes to an item after it has been submitted. There is no option for the user to get notification whenever a new action item shows up on WBCMS.

Please provide an option to make changes to an submission without the need to contact the help desk.

Minimize the paperwork to be maintained and submitted as part of the project closeout.

Working with Aurigo team has been a great experience. They are professional , knowledgeable and more than willing to configure a system that fulfills client's needs. The product they provide is good and they incorporate additional functionality and make it available to everyone.

I have not fully used the system to be able to provide relevant feedback to this question.

Project and Portfolio Management, Contractor payment functionality.

I like the Software As a Service subscription model and the user environment is intuitive for users (as a result the user training has been minimal). I like that the system is customizable and that we can build our own workflows. I like working with the Aurigo implementation team and getting to know them. I like that the system is rarely, if ever down. I really like the way the Payment module works.

The custom reports (.rdl) are challenging to build and there is little or no support. I dislike that we are unable to add photos to reports. I dislike the email notification system and that is sends out emails based on Roles and not on individuals.

Managing construction contracts. The benefits: access to system anywhere there is internet connection, mobile app continues to work even without internet connection, consistent business processes and procedures, greater transparency and access to projects, improved collaboration with contractors and consultants, cost savings from reduced staffing needs, workforce using current and leading technology.
