Audext is an audio to text transcription service that I use to transcribe my business meeting recordings and also use it on daily basis to transcribe VoiceMemos.
It works good enough, I had some problems with transcription editing but they helped me to solve it.

What is really useful, Audext gives you 30 free-trial minutes so you have a chance to decide whether it is worth buying a paid subscription.

The support team works quickly and gives the answers for all your questions.

It was a great experience to use Audext, will certainly use it in the future.

What I can say about Audext?

I have recently used this app for several times and I like the quality of their transcription.
I previously transcribed my audios with another service, and, to my mind, the quality of Audext transcription is much more better.
They also gave me 30 free minutes, so I was able to try it before buying a subscription.
I transcribed mp3 files, but Audext offers a lot of formats’ options.
I can strongly recommend this software.

What do you like best about Audext?

As for me, Audext is a great app for students, who are very busy and do not have time for manual notes. Audext transcribes my audio notes without problems in a few minutes. It isn't too expensive and also has 30 free-trial minutes, which is very useful for those who want only to try it and don't want to buy a full subscription.

What do you dislike about Audext?

I have some technical problems with it at first, but I think it is because of my old computer.

Recommendations to others considering Audext:

It is better than its competitors. Also, it is a new app, so the quality of transcription is very high.

What problems is Audext solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have transcribed a lot of voice notes from my lectures. Also, in my free time, I transcribe podcasts with the help of it.

My experience of using transcription service Audext

Audext is one of the most important transcription tools. The most effective tool which transcribes audio to text is Audext.com. It transcribes audio to text and it is used to edit transcriptions. Audext makes it possible for users to match text to the exact audio moment on websites.

After transcription is done user can edit the text in the editor on the website, and each word would be tied up to the exact audio moment - when you click on the word audio will play from this moment. It can also identify speakers and structure the transcription text according to the speach of speakers.

Audext can be used for:
- interview transcription: journalists, press conference, podcasts
- students - lecture notes
- voice memos and voice recordings from mobile phone (after they are transferred to the laptop)
- medical use such as for psychologist

What do you like best about Audext?

I have been looking for audio to text transcription service for a long time and I am really happy that I came across Audext.

My work with Audext was a pleasure. I have transcribed 3 hours of audio files in less than 40 minutes. What is more, the transcription was really close to audio and I had to only make some corrections in Audext transcription editor (very useful function)

What do you dislike about Audext?

It can be faster. But for now, the speed is also good enough.

What problems is Audext solving and how is that benefiting you?

Audext has a lot of benefits, f.e. 30 free-trial minutes of transcription, a lot of audio and video formats available.

Nice experience with the transcription…

Nice experience with the transcription but not very nice with the speed of transcription. The service is very affordable.
