Support system I found too slow but they made my solutions. .

We love a quick and snappy website, and our customers also save time! This really is an easy to use and flexible platform!

What do you like best about Attraqt?

The robust search capabilities really help us capitalize on our successes. And it allows us to pinpoint on the areas that need help.

What do you dislike about Attraqt?

It is hard to nitpick a specific fault for the channel, especially since so far, we are on the rise. In this case, I think scalability is what we are most concerned about.

What problems is Attraqt solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are fans of how easy it is to integrate. This has helped us dedicate time to other essential factors of our business.

What do you like best about Attraqt?

Attraqt for me has one of the easiest and best UI's for non-technical users. It allows us to let our merchandising team manage the rules and end to end process for search and browse with the technical dealing only with integration challenges.

What do you dislike about Attraqt?

There are some technical challenges for us with how to run and manage multiple sites. The consolidation of multiple instances can be a challenge and should be addressed correctly at the start of the journey.

Recommendations to others considering Attraqt?

I also find the ability to update products within the day can be difficult.

What problems is Attraqt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attraqt allows our users to search and find products on our site in the easiest way possible, which is a real benefit for us.

What do you like best about Attraqt?

Fluid use of rules and balance factors that compliment a visually appealing merchandising system. Manual merchandising can be used sparingly as the real time data can and will update the system on your behalf.

What do you dislike about Attraqt?

Inflexible integration options. Server side integration's are not real time.

Recommendations to others considering Attraqt?

Ensure you understand the barriers when going for a Javascript integration or a server side integration.

What problems is Attraqt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attraqt is at its best when using the automated merchandising rules that make up the core of its platform, things like time of day, day in week, referrer and forwarding
