The best of the best!

What do you like best about Attest?

My reps, Joyce and Stephanie, were superb. They were attentive, helpful, efficient, and easily accessible. They were there every step of the way, from strategizing the best approach to a top to survey quality checks. They made my job a whole lot easier

The only thing I wish they had more of is a B2B panel. It would be such a game-changer to offer both B2B and B2C at similar scales. It would provide a wealth of insights,

It allowed IAB to make quick actionable business decisions by having a pulse into the consumer just one survey away. It allowed the company to become though leaders in areas that it hadn't explored in the past, and turnaround research in a more timely manner.

The client team are friendly and responsive.

What do you like best about Attest?

The team we work with, the constant updates to the platform. User feedback is genuinely wanted to improve and the changes are quick. The platform is intuitive and quick.

What do you dislike about Attest?

Very little is to dislike. Some functionality from larger survey houses are not available but this is more likely due to the size of the platform.

Business questions from different stakeholders. I can do a quick survey to gather research data to what may be anecdotal. I really enjoy the experience of using Attest.

Well-supported self-serve market research tool

What do you like best about Attest?

Much faster than using a traditional agency, and comes with ample support so even a relatively inexperienced market researcher can build robust surveys quickly and easily.

What do you dislike about Attest?

Our brand focuses commercially on older men, and like any research panel that's the segment that's usually slowest to respond to requests for feedback. Not really Attest''s fault though.

What problems is Attest solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need market research to support both our PR outreach and our internal business decisions, and turning around panel data in hours or days is always helpful in both cases.

A great platform with excellent customer support

What do you like best about Attest?

The Attest platform enables my business to track our brand recognition nationally and by different audiences, informing our wider strategy. The team are incredibly supportive and helpful, which is really appreciated.

What do you dislike about Attest?

The credit system takes a bit of explanation to get your head around, but it makes sense when you do. Otherwise, no complaints!

Attest helps us keep track of how recognised our brand is, and how we're doing against competitors. This helps us track the success of our brand marketing over a long period of time.

It's not a dislike but targeting only goes so deep, so it's not possible to be extremely specific, but that's not really an issue.

It is fast, to get results. Super easy to use, and if you don't know how to use it in the first place the amazing team will lead you from the beginning to the end.

Anything, it is a great tool with all the features you need for market research
