I love being able to access electronic minute books quickly from wherever I am working.

One of the things I would like to see addressed in the future is making adding dates easier such as having a "Today" button to choose from.

Athennian is saving us so much time. We no longer have to spend time looking for minute books that may have been taken by others in the office.

The platform is easy to use and navigate. The customer service if you have a question is quick and easily accessable.

You can't select a number of documents and delete them all at the same time.

Athennian is allowing us to migrate from paper minute books which allows easier and faster access to groups in our organization that need to access information.

I appreciate how user-friendly and comprehensive Athennian is as a corporate entity management system. It has excellent training and a top-notch implementation team to help get your organization up and running.

There are so many features and things that Athennian can do for an organization that it can be difficult to keep track of it all, but that's a good problem to have! Athennian has a ton of great features that really allow for the best management, tracking, and compliance practices for corporate entities.

Athennian allows our team to be fully supported in managing a large number of corporate entities without sacrificing utility and speed. Our previous entity management system was "bogged down" with the number of entities our organization manages.

I am a big fan of how easy it is to do annual compliance with Athennian.

There are some transactions that aren't mapped for Athennian yet but they are continually improving.

They are always adding updates and new documents that make my job easier.

I enjoy how simple the interface is and how easy it is to navigate the program. I also really enjoy the ease of document generation and that we have many customizable options.

I am not a fan of some document generation issues that arise, which are challenging due to technical problems. However, the help desk staff have been helpful on this front.

I use Athennian for almost all of my document drafting and Entity organization. I have realized that once you use a system like Athennian to draft complex documents quickly, it opens up the user to complete more complicated work overall. That is exactly what I want!

Athennian is very user-friendly. Features such as changing a director over multiple entities, creating documents to effect the change of directors, and even creating new entities in the system are easy to figure out and perform. I find that the program is very straightforward to figure out and, should one have any issues or make a mistake - super easy to fix!! I have worked with other programs, and this one is the BEST!!! They make me look like a superstar!

Nothing - if anything doesn't work correctly, or we think it would work better performing a different way, we can always reach out to Athennian with our issues and ideas. They are very receptive to user changes and fixing user problems!

I've worked with other systems - Alf, EnAct, Englobe and Monicord. This system is easily the most user-friendly and intuitive program I have ever used. I would recommend people to look and switch to Athennian!

We recently brought our minute books in-house to save on costs to external law firms. Athennian has made the transition really smooth and has made it easy for my co-workers to get the information they require at their fingertips. Our ability to get information and documents prepared for transactions in an efficient manner, instead of the lag time between providing external counsel instructions, has not only saved us money, but I can perform other tasks during the workday instead of being tied down to transactional items.

The ease and accessibility. The program is very user-friendly. The reports are incredibly useful for searching for specific information without looking through mass amounts of files and documents.

I can only see a limited history of my searches.

The ability to tag entities and pull reports on those tags has made searching specific information incredibly easy. We no longer need to search through piles of documents to find the information we require.

Athennian is a cloud based app that makes it really fast and efficient.

Not much. The Athennian team is constantly working on improving the tools and precedents.

Athennian helps in maintaining a database of corporations, with the generation of multiple legal documents. I find that it has made our team's work a lot easier. We can now focus and put our time towards more productive issues at hand.

Hard to choose a favourite! The user friendly interface makes for easy navigation and the ability to share a virtual minute book in a matter of minutes has been a lifesaver.

I can't use the org chart function to look at our entire corporate network.

Easy access to minute books and corporate summary information. Ability to set up annual compliance tasks to generate annual resolutions.

Athennian's templates are incredibly flexible and customizable. Athennian's help desk is responsive and helpful.

I have trouble thinking of what I dislike about Athennian.

You will not regret adopting Athennian.

The same problem facing many lawyers: the need to record and process incredible amounts of information. Athennian helps lawyers manage this problem efficiently.
