Time management was an issue for my company before we started AT&T Workforce Manager. Since we started using it, our time management and accountability has vastly improved.
I like that I can see my technicians any time anywhere, I can tell if they are where they are supposed to be, sitting somewhere goofing off, taking lunch, whatever.
So far, we're still in the implementation phase, they are building us a special interface with Quickbooks for dispatching, and we're looking for the right routing software to integrate, so the only thing I know is tracking and reporting. I haven't seen anything in the base software that I don't like so far.
Great team working on implementation and integration, might take a couple tries to get them to understand what you need, but they do get it.
I don't have to call my drivers every hour to see where they are, they are on my screen at all times. I know whether or not they are speeding, sitting too long, maybe chatting too much at a delivery. I know if my service techs are actually working at sites, or just stopping by to say they were there. It's been a big help already!
