It's easy to navigate and share projects with other team members.

A downside is the lack of Spanish translation.

It makes it easier to share and send emails without having to switch apps.

We love that Asana turns emails into actionable, trackable tasks without leaving our and automates key actions with rules. This keeps things moving in the right direction.

It would be nice if it was a little less expensive but it is worth it.

My favorite part is it lets us plan, schedule and stay on top of all by syncing tasks to automatically schedule events on our calendar.

I did not have got any uncomfortable things. It has all platforms for collaborating and inviting options. However, all you get under one roof. but I think a little bit different from the desktop app to Gmail side on page

I love the fact that Asana makes it easy to keep up to date with tasks and projects that you are working on. I love the workflow feature that saves you a few steps that you normally would take.

I wish that more options would be available for the free version.

As a Marketer, I still get lots of tasks requests in my email, sometimes from my own team forwarding a request and forgetting to add it to Asana, or from an external source or different team. With Asana for Gmail, it makes things easier as you can simply add the email thread to asana with a custom title of what you need to do so you dont miss out on the ask.

I'm not sure if its just gmail, but I have to authorise it every day that I use it for some reason.

It helps add tasks to asana, so tasks from those not on my team don't get lost in my inbox.

As someone whose daily job requires planning and tasks this integration is incredibly helpful and time saving.

Often my tasks are based on emails so in a few seconds I can just pop the email into Asana from Gmail, add notes and it syncs the email thread. So for me, creating tasks is that much simpler. It also means I am less likely to forget a task - it acts as a very helpful reminder.

There is not much negatives. However, one thing that is lacking is the ability to create sub tasks. You can only create one main task. I often have to make sub tasks but this requires me to go directly to Asana instead of just do it then and there on Gmail.

For an organization that tracks projects and personal tasks in Asana separately, having the add-on in Gmail makes it easy to create and develop tasks based on Gmail messages easy and quickly, without having to switch between apps all the time.

The features of the add-on are fairly bare bones and it would be great if it offered features to sort tasks that you add to Asana by projects or organize it directly within the Gmail screen.

As a user in an organization that relies on Gsuite and Gmail as well as Asana for project management, it's nice to have an add-on that allows you to make notes, tasks and reminders without having to switch between apps all the time. It's more efficient and helps make sure I can prioritize and set task reminders for myself immediately, rather than risk forgetting to-do's that I might have not plugged into Asana otherwise.

integration is easy, it is only one click to add a task to my asana inbox when I am using gmail on chrome.

i cannot assign someone to the task or add to a particular project through that integration currently
