ArcTitan is that tool that you need to keep your emails secure as well as creating more room. It allows you to archive all the emails with a strong encryption scheme to ensure their safety. Its easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Outlook 365.

Setup of the tool is not easier more so assigning different emails.

We use the ArcTitan for email and organization email achirval. The tool meets the requirements and leaves an audit trail. Once you archive the mails, you are able to retrieve with a sngle click.

With ArcTitan, we can keep emails secure by archiving them. In addition, we can always retrieve them whenevr need be and it comes with amazing encryption capabiltiies hence bettering data protection.

Integration is straightforward and customer support is great.

Being a Cloud solution, implementation is quick and easy, requires no installation, just a simple configuration, and is immediately ready to use. The unlimited storage space also allows you to really keep all your emails (important or not).

There is no on-prem version; some organizations need to have such solutions.

The support is professional and competent.

All company emails can be consulted even after they have been deleted from the mailbox or even if the mailbox no longer exists; this solved the need for heavy PST storage and speeded up the search for old emails.

Appears to be a relatively new product. Thus, we are seeing frequent changes. But as these are product improvements, not a big deal

They started by subscription term before granting access to the function. I have requested that they reset the start date but as of yet, it has not been done.
