It is user-friendly

It is user-friendly, self-explanatory and very well thought and well implemented. It truly saves time and I like most about it is that it makes it easy to follow the tread of actions: from adding the client and adding the payments in the system, also the system helps to correct it. Due to Arbostar, the team knows exactly what has been done. The ability to program e-mails as well as the templates is a time saver. The analytics it provides is very handy. It is especially great for the field workers due to its simplicity and it also offers a built-in messenger that makes it so easy to communicate. It helps to provide a quick efficient service.Apart from the software, Arbostar team is very eager to help during the whole process. I am happy with this software, as it helps us to be more efficient.

What do you like best about ArboStar?

This platform is absolutely phenomenal at automating tasks. That alone has been a game changer, but that's 1% of what this app offers. There's not enough space on this form to detail even a fraction of its features. If you want a true "do it all" app, this is it.

What do you dislike about ArboStar?

I had to train the team on the ins and outs, but the platform is surprisingly intuitive for how much information is jam-packed there.

What problems is ArboStar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Would I go back to how I used to do things? I couldn't dream of it. That alone, for me anyway, says it all.

Really nothing bad I can say about the app.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

nothing at the moment

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The rollout was excellent. We got a live demonstration with the ability to ask as many questions as we wanted. We trained the employees and now our entire business uses ArboStar. Couldn't recommend this platform more.

Experience

PROS: ArboStar has so many features and functions, and after playing with it, to get to know the software, very easy to use. And you can use it on your iPad, which is great with mapping apps and built in gps.

CONS: It takes a few tries to get to know the software, which it does with any new piece of equipment. Some of the excel reports might scare you at first, but they can be customized to fit your needs.
