First, there is no native integration with our Less Annoying CRM. There is no automatic sync to push website lead data, page engagement records or conversion activity directly into client profiles. Every time a visitor submits a print quote form, I have to manually export CSV conversion reports from Aqvil, then copy each prospect’s information and browsing behavior into matching CRM entries one by one. This repetitive data entry eats into time I could spend drafting print proposals or contacting B2B clients, and it also creates risks of missing or misrecording promising leads. A native API or one-click CRM connection would eliminate this entire manual step. Second, its reporting functions are very limited and lack visual segmentation tools. The platform only outputs basic tables of traffic and conversions, with no built-in charts or filters to split results by print service categories like packaging, signage or brochures. To prepare monthly sales performance summaries for our leadership, I must import raw data into Excel to build comparative graphs manually. It also cannot schedule automated recurring report emails, meaning I have to generate and export files to our Paper Tiger cloud storage every month on my own.
