My favorite thing about data.ai is that i can have unlimited competitor lists and download data for them easily

something that i don't like about data.ai is that some of the data can't be downloaded and it is only possible to see a chart on the platform.

Some data aren't available, such as specific age ranges such as 18+. Currently only 16+ is available when trying to seek information on avg/time spent or avg/session.

Sometimes, some information you need is buried through layers of other features. Takes some time to get used to navigate some areas. Some graphs can also be finnicky, requiring multiple refreshes to load them.

My favorite tools are "Top Apps" so I can see which apps are on trend, and also "Competitors' insights" to have a more strategic conversation with clients and prospects. They also have a very nice customer support that is always available and willing to help

Sometimes it's hard to filter the subcategories if you don't have the add-on.

I would like to see more features and enhancements for the dashboard product. Such as, editing the whole dashboard date ranges vs individual widgets.
