API Healthcare Staffing and Scheduling from symplr Reviews

The application is very easy to use for our staff. The mobile apps added much-needed access in our nursing areas and were something the staff has been asking us to purchase.

There is a lot of setup in Staffing & Scheduling just to build a new department. So many indicators, parameters, and items to link together, etc. Wish it was a little more streamlined.

The mobile app with the Beacon is addressing an issue with staff floating to the correct facility/departments. Having Time & Attendance and Staffing & Scheduling accessed in the same API Portal has benefited out employees and management staff. We used to access two different applications. Also, have a better picture of the schedules related to possible overtime.

The app itself is easy to use. It has available learning manual in the site.

The customer service takes time to respond, but they really pay attention to our concern when they respond.

Title 22 requirements, acuity of the patient to nursing ratio.

Quick and easy communication between the multi-disciplinary team!

Multiple reminder notifications (which is okay) just a tad annoying at times.

Their product is very customizable. The majority of our changing needs can be made through configuring in the base product vs having a need for custom code.

There are not many standard reports. Most reports that are requested by our end users need to be custom created.

They provide our workforce management solution allowing us to keep track of employee hours and schedules.

The GUI, it is easy to browse and fast for the users to find what they need and get the required information in a easy way. They also like the menus and the location of the graphics.

Nothing, I think we like it in general and found no issues so far. It is self driven and intuitive. not sure what could be improved at this moment but mabe interfacing with other solutions would be nice

no problems that I am aware off. We manage the systems side of the servers and applications so we do not hae much exposure to the app itself but usually the app team will ask us to reboot a system or check the app best practices or setup and we had no reports about this software so far.

I love the reports! The insights tab really provides easy to pull reports and easy to understand information. I also like how you can easily review candidate information via the applicants tab as well.

I wish that it would integrate with our other systems such as Lawson, etc... If we could have more onboarding infomration available such as DocuSign, etc.. that would be great.

The system has continued to add in features such as the offer letters being integrated into the new hire wizard that is extremely helpful in streamlining our processes.

Dashboard function is helpful and easy to use.
