Bought Answerly through AppSumo, even went for the highest tier because why not, right? At first, the support seemed great. But here I am, writing this review to let everyone know that Answerly simply doesn’t work anymore. It’s broken, and the support team? Let’s just say they’re not exactly in a hurry to help—or responsible for that matter.
Answerly is supposed to do one basic thing: make the chatbot work. And technically, it does... after about 20 seconds of deep thinking for even the simplest question, like a 'hi.'
I tried working with their team to fix it, but they respond whenever they feel like it, which leads me to believe they might not have a DevOps team or many customers, because, well, the platform just doesn’t work.
I waited over two weeks hoping for a resolution, but here we are, same issue, no fix. So if you're considering buying Answerly, let me save you some time—it simply doesn’t work.
