when you upload a document you can copy it once to all the patent application numbers you can also find the patent id for the different patent applications you can add reference date filling date for different applications.

there is only one thing I dislike is when we upload more than four documents it takes time a bit more but when we are going to use copy then we have to add all the application id together and while coping it takes to match times.

I am using this to verify the application id and patent number and also upload documents and recheck the filling date, and frame date I am also adding the company assignee.

Anaqua's software is excellent in all of our docketing needs. However, where Anaqua really excels is its excellent customer service; with knowledgeable people always just a phone call away with any issues you may have.

The only downside of Anaqua, if you call it that, is that it can be expensive.

We were looking to upgrade our docketing software to have more robust features, including managing our invention records and patent records, as well as managing our trademarks. Anaqua was able to check all those boxes seamlessly for us.

Anaqua products are an industry leader with top-of-the-line features, security, and reliability. Our legal team requires the docketing and patent/trademark tools to efficiently serve our customers.

On-premise applications can require extra maintenance, as well as require VPN to function.

Deadlines are met and organization is greatly increased

Ease of access and great product portfolio many different module and intergrates well to other systems

so far none, but they can improve on upgrade part for wave version.

We had slow system and dated application, there web based interface and SSO is nice.

The system encompasses the entire multifaceted intellectual property package with multiple dimensions for use of its tools and analysis functionality. There is multiple reporting capabilities and strength in the ability to view all entered data in analysis and graphic formats.

Not knowing all of its capabilities and its respective connections to the manner in which the data that is entered and/or displayed. I am still engaging and discovering the multiple ways to capture and demonstrate the data that is entered into Anaqua for reporting and decision-making purposes.

If you are in the market to acquire or change your current intellectual property database system, and if you expect to obtain a powerful, one-stop shop that DOES IT ALL, you CANNOT go wrong with Anaqua. This system is by far the most versatile, comprehensive IP management system that is out there in the market. Anaqua reduces the amount of time it takes to capture and evaluate your IP Portfolio data by providing an in-depth system to enter and control the contents of your data in one location. The customer support and client services teams are extremely responsive, informative, and helpful. It has been a pleasure implementing this system.

I have been able to align multiple businesses, their portfolios, their users and their outside counsel under one structured umbrella. I am able to use the Hyperview Reporting and IP Strategy functions to analyze future cost saving opportunities and determine future prosecution efforts based on readily available competitor analysis at a glance. I enjoy the security profile and role assignment features, as well as the ability to bulk-upload newly acquired business portfolios in a relatively short amount of time.

* Robust analysis features that visualize the data and provide robust reporting capabilities.

* Tight integrations with annuities solution, search tools, patent and trademark offices, business analysis, dashboards, validation of data, and visualization tools.

* The process flows and law engine allow management of large and complex portfolios as well as for small legal teams to manage their portfolio independent of outside counsel.

* The platform allows tracking at the matter level with family trees that visualize a family of patents or marks, at the portfolio level, and at the company level.

*Tool is flexible and configurable - we use it for all our matter management across the company and configured the modules to be custom to our company.

* Spend management allows for tracking spend, managing a budget as well as accruals, and analyzing spend information.

The patent matter space is a bit cluttered with information - I wish there were options to hide some of the fields menus so I didn't have to see so much information (some of which I am unlikely to ever use).

I found using the demo environment and playing around with the software as well as speaking to references that faced similar challenges to be the most helpful in understanding the software.

* Management and improvement of IP portfolio, which has reduced reliance on outside counsel and the amount of internal time devoted to the work as well as improving the outcomes for the underlying IP.

* Provides centralized repository for important information like competitor infringement, product-to-patent mapping, business information, and key documents to make quick business decisions.

* Spend management and analysis - understand how we are spending our budget, assist when need to cut or increase spend, monitor spend against budgeted amounts, manage accruals, help with preparing next year's budget numbers.

* Matter management - agreements, litigations, investigations, etc. - provides a centralized, secure, and sharable repository that can be reported on, searched, and store key information and documents in a configurable fashion. We were able to consolidate tools, easily load in legacy repository information, and integrate acquired company information.

* Data integrity/data upload - easily docket USPTO data from private PAIR and validate data using the data validation tool. Ensures accurate data in your IP records and PTO integration saves time docketing.

* Visualization of data - robust dashboard/data visualization tool allows you to configure exactly what you would like to look at and drill down into the data. Many different dashboards can be set up to monitor all aspects of your IP portfolio and matter management. Allows you to report out to executive level and spot trends and patterns.

Anaqua recently purchased the IdeaPoint software that we are currently using, and they've done a wonderful job at managing the transition and clearly determining what our expectations as a consumer were!

There is currently nothing that I dislike about Anaqua. They've been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to moving forward with them.

We using Anaqua's IdeaPoint software for managing our smaller investigator sponsored studies. Anaqua works well with out team and gives a very customer-centric experience.
