What do you like best about Amazon Polly?

I like that the product integrates very well with the AWS suite of services and has a greate customer support team to help on ease of use. Customization options are good.

What do you dislike about Amazon Polly?

That it can be very expensive at times when implementing and integrating with outside applications. Startups find it easy to implement but scaling costs are higher if not managed well.

Best thing about Amazon polly is it's higher quality neural text to speech voices which makes it different from other text to voice platforms.
