What do you like best about Alterna CX?
Alterna CX provides the right balance between the extremes of too basic and too complex. The tool has an intuitve approach to creating surveys and building the reporting & analytics to understand what customers are saying. The team behind it is supportive and eager to gain their customers' feedback in order to continue to improve the tool. This would be a good solution for companies looking to create a Total VOC program.
What do you dislike about Alterna CX?
On the last demo I saw, I'd like to see more ticketing features (for customer and in-company closed-loop feedback). What's there is good, and I'm confident it will continue to get better...I am eager to see more added to this feature.
