I love how good the mobile app works! I don't have to have my key card to be able to get into my office seamlessly.

I did have to reconfigure my app a few times for it to work but after that, it worked great

The ease of use is the best thing about alarm.com, and the reliablity of the service is the best thing about alarm.com, the ability to obtain data in a couple of clicks is also really great.

Alarm.com has proven to be a highly effective and scalable solution for integrated security and automation needs. The platform is exceptionally easy to use, with a clean interface and intuitive controls that make system management accessible even for non-technical users. One of its greatest strengths is its modularity—allowing organizations to tailor deployments by adding or removing components based on operational needs.

We’ve been able to centralize intrusion alerting, door access controls, smart thermostats, fire alarms, and CCTV into a single cohesive system, significantly improving efficiency and oversight. Additionally, Alarm.com regularly releases new features and enhancements, which are generally included at no additional cost—this is a major plus from a value standpoint.

Most of the hardware is great, but some components have room for improvement. For example, certain wireless temperature probes could be more robust and reliable. Also, while software features are included, taking advantage of newer capabilities often requires purchasing upgraded hardware, which can be a budget consideration.

We enjoy the Alarm.com dashboard because it's easy to manage multipul locations from one place including alarm, door and camears. It meets the price point and features we need.

We lack some of the programming and detailed features that are either not premitted by our installer or not an option on Alarm.com

Cost effective multi-site managment.

The ability to manage all 25 locations from a single platform has simplified our security operations significantly. We can easily arm/disarm systems, and manage user access remotely.

There are a few items in the mobile app that should be placed or named differently but for the most part it works perfectly for our needs.

The availability of panic buttons empowers our team members to quickly summon help in case of emergencies, enhancing their sense of safety and security. The system's user-friendly interface has made it easy for our team members to arm and disarm the system, add and remove users as needed. Alarm.

The strongest reason to join Alarm.com is their ability to merge different tools in one platform to optimize any project.

There are room for improvement in ther CCTV interface and infrastructure to optimize visualization and research.

Merging CCTV, acces, and alarm system under the same platform. This had helped tremendously during investigations reducing the research time significantly. Outstanding Partnership! Alarm.

Phone based entry, arming, locking. Camera access on phone. Adding camers and other devices is easy.

Would like the option of additional smart locks. e.g. a "padlock" style lock for a liquor cage.

Controlled entry. Remote monitoring.

Using the enterprise dashboard we are able to efficently access and control multiple sites as well as control user access at all of our locations. Updating or removing access has never been easier. Alarm.com reports have also been a great resource to get a snapshot of a locations activity.

Nothing to dislike. This industry tends to be slow to innovate but Alarm.com seems to always be ahead of the rest.

Managing a large lcation count on a single dashboard. Alarm.

Alarm.com provides a intuitive platform for its users while continuing to maintain its ease of use for an end user. The general status of systems and business insights the ADC platform provides has been imperative in providing support to our field teams. ADC is second to NONE!

Abilities to remotely control on site video displays. Ability to connect directly to CSVR without going through the cloud. Ability to remotely support intrusion systems to add wireless devices.

Reliability to monitoring active device status and health. Ability to begin rolling out enterprise level multi unit access control systems.

the technology is pretty seamless across the board. UI is also a big plus. I've never had an issue with any software in the three years I've been using the platform.

One issue is installation but really all systems require a certain amount of install

Teh system gives me a realtime status of all of my properties.
