It is cloud based software that supports

employee flexibility,connects the outlook server and enables the users to use their meeting rooms and other work spaces.

Undoubtedly,it is quite too professional,needs a long time for next reservation,doesnot allow me to change timing of mobile alerts.

I would like to suggest all of you to use this software to enjoy its superb features.One can uplift your organization through its efficiency,strength and value.

Its fuctions are easy to use ,solve chaotic process regarding room booking and provide enterprise software for office management,resource scheduling and many more.

Its very people friendly. Provides solution to book and freedom to book seats

There have been some customer service issues

The mobile app and reporting and the capability to forward calls.

I think the name speaks for itself - it is agile and flexible. Change is constant so the system makes it easy to make changes. It also is just a great all around tool for solving the problem of finding open space in a flexible office that most companies have moved towards.

I think my dislikes about the system are more from the company's programming end and not the tool itself. Sometimes I think too many rooms or working areas are blocked off for invalid reasons so it makes it even harder to find an open area.

I think this tool solves the chaotic process of finding open work areas in a work environment that has gone completely open. When I go to the office and have important phone calls that I can take in an open area, AQ to the rescue!

I don’t have a lot of time to train and develop, so the software being easy to use and efficient is key for my business.

The only downside I can see is that the price is a bit high.

We are saving time and money.

I like that I can make weekly reservations and can search for open workstations

When a reservation start time has pasted I have to reserve again

Provides scheduling of workstation hoteling. We have many employees that are infrequently in the office so this allows for the rotation of workstations

I can easily find navigate through the site and the interface is user friendly.

It would be nice to be able to have the seat numbers show up on the floor map.

I like that I can make a recurring reservation, change the time the reservation starts, and see who would be around my reservation. I also really like the notifications on my phone and that I can check in on my phone.

I don’t like that I can’t just delete one day in a recurring reservation, but if I want go delete one day I have to delete all of the reservations in the recurring one and re make a recurring reservation.

Totally useful, just have to figure out how to set your pre-sets which isn’t obvious.

Being able to reserve a desk when I know I’ll be in the office. It’s convenient for us because nobody is in the office all the time and there is no point in wasted space when half of us aren’t there at any time. I like being able to identify where my friends are sitting and sit by them.

Using AgilQuest, it is helpful that there is the option to view the room openings in a calendar format. It makes searching and choosing times much easier.

When searching for open rooms, the first layout that is given is a list of all rooms, not just their available times. I much prefer a calendar layout.

It has made room booking easier, especially when it is all online.

Agilquest manages our conference rooms, team rooms, and reservable open desks by putting the reserving up To the actual individual. It’s streamlined and user friendly.

The size of the application is small. It seems like you have to squint when you are using it, and the map is less than helpful because it’s broken into two sections(north and south).

Teach everyone on its features and usage

We are utilizing it to solve our less than accurate usage of MS Outlook for reserving conference rooms. It’s beneficial to the admins for less headaches scheduling. You also have to check in to your rooms, which holds accountability.
