Hello. I'm guessing there's a war going on between companies like adskeeper and others, so I would not trust those comments about bots, or some other scam, etc. It's just black PR. I've tried 3 or 4 similar services and I can tell you this much: pics are usually relevant to the content of the link and widget/content category - mostly nice quality.

I think AdsKeeper is great for either lead gen or e-commerce sites with a "grey" product (Nutra). Compared to some other platforms it provides a great bunch of tools for setting and optimizing your campaigns.
