The UK Dallas Team consistently communicates effectively and provides excellent support. Martyn is an outstanding service manager—always accessible and responsive when I need to escalate an issue (which, to be fair, is quite rare). Good system and workforce

Great Service / Great System

I have worked with ADP as our Payroll Provider for the last 12 years.
Can't fault the service I receive.
We have been through lots of big changes within our organisation over the years and I have always felt very supported.
I used ADP Freedom for many years and have now switched to iHCM - NextGen
More user friendly that Freedom.
Thanks for all your support ADP, hopefully for many years to come

A pleasure to deal with!

I have been working with ADP for a few years now, specifically the Dallas Team which operates in the UK payroll division under the guidance of Martyn Brown. The team have always been professional and resolve any issues quickly and I felt like I was their only client even though I know I was one of many! The software is easy to navigate, it is sometimes a little slow at loading. It has been a pleasure working with the Team! Thanks for everything!

10000 times better than anything else…

10000 times better than anything else available. It isn't perfect but at least i get to work with real living local human beings and American support agents not located in India speaking Hindi in the background and being able to help as well as a block of wood. Compalin all you wish , go try quickbooks or paycom and see how life goes for ya.

Amazing ADP service.

Thru the years and in many companies I have used ADP. It always been fine/reliable, but on my last interaction they were better than any service I ever used. It was like if they were waiting for my call with the nicest agent, Mhel case #38966164, babysitting me on the phone until my issue was resolved. I wish every interaction with a help desk could be as nice as she was.
