What do you like best about ADD Energy E3?

I really enjoy working with Energy. The summary screen has the majority of information you need when speaking to a customer to make the experience thorough and pleasant.

What do you dislike about ADD Energy E3?

Is not as innovative as other new programs out there now.

What problems is ADD Energy E3 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is great for customer service. Scheduling work orders and having customer's information available for when customer's call in without having to flip through different screens.
