Acronis tech support is OUTSTANDING. They call you when they say they would. The technician who help me, Sayand, was very patient and wanted to ensure complete client satisfaction. I wish I can clone him for support everywhere.

There was a complicated issue that was entirely the doings of MS Windows, not Acronis, and which I could not fathom. My Acronis guy, Jasvinder quickly figured out what was going on and fixed it.

The customer service technician did a great job of listening, collecting information and then confirming back to me what the problem was. I have used Acronis products for years, and have recommend them highly to my friends and colleagues. The situation that prompted the call was: I purchased Acronis 2025 perpetual license for 3 pc systems. The purchase was through OMTAT Corp. I used the lic key that was provided to me, to activate and install the product on my desktop HP Envy system. Due to a personal health related situation I was unable to proceed immediately with the installation another system. When my health improved, I attempted to install the software on my Dell Laptop, with no success. When I logged into my Acronis account, there was no evidence of the product ever being registered, even though I had installed it on my desktop, made system backups, tested the back ups, cloned the original ssd onto a new ssd. I was extremely pleased that through the collaborative efforts of the OMTAT support staff and the Acronis Support Professional, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Now, I can continue to recommend, with confidence the Acronis products and the related product support the company provides.

For years Acronis has backed up my files.

The man was serious but patient, not to skip any important steps. When is was successful backing up and verifying the data it was done and he tidied up any links he brought with him that were necessary during his process so all safe and secure when complete.

They were fast to respond and quickly resolved my issue.

The support provided was great when something went wrong with the 2FA. I was very happy with the response from them and the in built security to prevent fraud.
