We use Acodis to extract data from our reports. We process reports with 17 different layouts, which previously had to be entered manually. With the help of Acodis, we can automatically import all reports and export all kinds of data to a database. This saves us a significant time, drastically reduces the risk of errors and automates the workflow.

So far, we haven’t noticed any downsides. Whenever problems have arisen, they’ve always been resolved and adapted to our needs very quickly and uncomplicated.

This enables us to significantly reduce the processing time for incoming reports and thus respond much more quickly

Acodis offers a wide range of features that make it easier to structure data and tables. In most situations, I find the usage to be intuitive. I am very satisfied with the support. The response time was fast, and my inquiries were handled competently and in a friendly manner. Particularly noteworthy was the clear and understandable communication – even complex technical aspects of the software were explained in a way that was easy to follow. Several meetings were offered during the testing phase, allowing questions to be addressed in one-on-one sessions. In parallel with the testing phase, the support team also worked on optimizing the output, which added significant value to the process. The support was solution-oriented. There was a follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

The large number of available features can feel overwhelming at first glance.

The Acodis platform makes it super simple to map a dizzying variation in BoM formats into a single schema. We do all of this through the Acodis API, which allows us to easily integrate the service into our Enterprise SaaS application. Their support team is very responsive.

I cannot think of any downsides to Acodis.

Martin, Erik and team provided a complete overview and assisted with learning and training of our users. In addition, they were extremely responsive to any questions by mail, or meeting requests, and were flexible and accomodating of our use. Use of the tool allowed us to overcome our challenge of extracting data from unstructured sources, where we otherwise faced a major block. In addition, the user friendly interface was simple to operate and did not require data engineering expertise.

It would be helpful if the tool could manipulated to allow for extraction of cells that do not have straight rows or columns.

We could not find an effective solution for extracting data from unstrcutred sources, which had a high degree of noise. Acodis allowed for the data to be extracted without the use of manual hard coding each page (>3500).

Really engaged and proactive team, eager to understand the requirements of the potential client. Really well prepared and on client needs personalized product demonestration. Having looked at several startups in the field of intelligent document processing, one of the leading ones, especially in regards to number of documents needed for IDP setup.

Didn't choose Acodis, because solution didn't fit to use case - but also no other solution was chosen. Project got stopped for now.

We looked at Acodis for a more complex use case of IDP, with documents with different layouts, tables and pictures.

We received an excellent degree of technical support and insight when working with the team from Acodis. Their timeliness and high standard of execution was crucial to the success of our pilot project.

Nothing comes to mind regarding downsides, though we did not use the platform in a full-scale production environment, so I cannot speak to performance in that respect.

Digitisation of historic PDFs and facilitating the development of AI-friendly datasets.

Product:

- I was impressed by the very small amount of documents needed to train. You get usable results very quickly.

- Both administration and operation are very clear and easy to understand.

Acodis Workbench has helped us to process complex, non-standard PDF documents and convert them into XML documents. That is, including meta information such as tags that were displayed as icons in the original document, but needed to be attached to different paragraphs in the XML output.

Furthermore, the Acodis team is always helpful, eager to understand the use case of their customers, and continuously striving to improve their product and their service.

There is nothing to dislike about Acodis!
