Recently had to request support for my WhatsApp business integration. Had a great experience. The best part was that the request was handled in a coordinated way by a team of experts (Juhi, Vladimir and Lalitha) and each of them seamlessly picked up the conversation from previous chat and helped to resolve all queries with patience. Highly recommended.

Technical support responds quickly, but it's difficult to switch the chat to communication with a live agent. Initially, the conversation is handled by a bot, and for many issues where it's known in advance that the matter requires a real support agent, it's hard to transition the chat from assistant handling to human support.
