Best and most painless customer service experience

When i paid for my iobit subscription through them I apparently typed in my email incorrectly which prevented me from logging in and canceling my subscription. I talked to Maria in customer service and she canceled it, issued a refund, and fixed my email address mistake. She made it the most painless process ever. I will definitely consider renewing through 2co.com again one day.
